Join us this fall for a peaceful and relaxing meditation retreat. On September 24-26, you will have a special opportunity to put the teachings into practice in concentrated retreat. The meditations will focus on Lamrim: the stages of the path to enlightenment and will emphasize building the foundation for your continued daily meditations after the retreat.
The location will be Little Boshkung Lake, Minden Hills. This picturesque and tranquil lake will present a quiet background for meditation and contemplation.
Everyone is welcome. The retreat will be comfortable for both new comers and regular practitioners. We will observe some periods of silence to enable people to remain focused, however most of the retreat will be open for normal discussion between sessions.

Will gladly offer the use of my car if someone will drive it, not too keen on the 401. It’s a Hyundai Accent 2009 so can accommodate driver and three (possibly four small) others.
Thanks for sending the link for the registration – it is quite a straightforward and user-friendly process. I am very much looking forward to the retreat – it even trumped my skydiving plans for the same weekend
I figure that there will be several upcoming occasions to jump out of a plane, but who knows how often such a retreat opportunity will arise!
This sounds amazing……I wish I could make arrangements to go. It is something I have wanted to do for years. However, timing is not on my side this time. With our city having “Savour Stratford” the same weekend, it is a requirement to be available to work. It is also my youngest granddaughter’s birthday weekend. I am getting the message it isn’t the right time for me to go; but I will be looking forward to a retreat with the group in the future. Love & light to each of you!
Thanks for the encouragement Edith. It’s going to be a lovely weekend and we wish you could be there to enjoy it with us. We will try to have regular retreats so everyone will have to opportunity to experience the peace and happiness that comes from pure Dharma practice.
